Little glimmer of hope ✨


Hey there, friends.

I’ve been thinking of you. Whether you’re processing a lot of anger and grief like I am or you’re feeling excited about the next presidency (or maybe you fall somewhere in between), it’s been a heavy time.

For all of us, collectively.

My little glimmer of hope in all of this is that I’ve been feeling inspired to create.

What I want to share and how I want to share it has been flowing freely to me this past week. It’s like my anger and grief have opened the flood gates of how I can do something to help, when at times I feel helpless.

I’ve been turning to what I do best- supporting others and guiding them in reconnecting with themselves.

I’m in the process of creating a bunch of extra mindfulness practices for eMbodied Membership as well as some supportive resources for non-members as well.

I want to share with you this meditation I created for strength and resilience. You can receive the practice here 💛.

It’s through these practices of meditation and breathwork that I support myself. These practices ground me, allow me to feel instead of suppressing my emotions, and give me the resilience to keep moving forward.

I feel called to share them in hopes they may do the same for you. It’s my way of holding space in this chaotic moment without getting lost in it.
